摘　　要：本文就图书馆期刊管理、利用中存在的问题进行了探讨,强调应加强期刊基础工作管理。着重从优化馆藏建设、健全期刊目录体系、开展深层次的期刊信息服务工作、建立期刊电子导航系统及提高馆员素质等几个方面论述了期刊资源开发利用的新思路。从而实现了期刊资源的充分开发和利用,使其更好地为人类社会经济发展和科技进步服务。This paper probed into the problems existing in the current periodical management and utilization in the library, it is presented that emphasizing the periodical foundation job management should be strengthened. The paper emphatically discussed the new ideas of the periodical resources development and use from the following aspects： optimizing collection construction of library, improving system of periodical directory, carrying out periodical information services further, establishing periodical electronoc navigation system, improving the librarian quality and so on. Therefore, the full development and use of the periodical resources were achieved, which made the periodical resources server for the social - economic development of human being as well as science and technology progress.
