摘　　要：论述了医院图书馆创新服务的必要性、可行性及主要内容,探讨了与医院图书馆创新服务相适应的高素质图书馆员应具备的必要品质。The paper probed into the necessity, feasibility and the main content of hospital library innovation service. It also discussed the necessary quality which the librarians should fit for the hospital library innovation service.
