摘　　要：综述了近年来部分具有生理活性螺环化合物的研究进展,重点介绍了这类化合物的结构特征、生理活性和部分化合物的合成方法.展望了该类螺环化合物的应用前景.The recent progress in the studies on biological activities of O, N or S-containing spiro compounds is reviewed. The spiro compounds of structural feature and biological activities are described in detail and the synthetic methods of some spiro organic compounds are also provided. At last the prospects of this kind of spiro compounds are made.
