摘　　要：以α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷(WS-62M)、3-哌嗪基丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷(GP-108)和自制催化剂T为原料,经酯交换以及缩合共聚反应合成了织物柔软剂(反应性哌嗪基硅油),通过乳化制得高性能哌嗪基硅油微乳液.应用结果表明,经哌嗪基线性体硅油微乳液(30 g/L)整理后织物的手感柔软、滑爽,白度和吸水性较好,有一定的抗皱性和耐洗性.Reactive piperazine silicone oil suitable for fabric softener was synthesized by ester-interchange and condensation-copolymerization reaction using α,ω-dihydroxydimethylpolysiloxane （WS-62M）, 3-piperazinepropylmethyldimethoxysilane （GP-108） and selfmade T catalyst. The high qua（ity microemulsion of piperazine-silicone was prepared by emulsifying. Applied effects showed that the fabric treated with 30 g/L of linear microemulsion of piperazine-silicone was endowed with soft handle, slipperiness, good whiteness and absorbency, and had certain wrinkle resistance and durability to home laundering.
