摘 要:在武夷山自然保护区3个不同生境的马尾松与其他植被的混交林中采集马尾松菌根样品,在体视显微镜下观察马尾松菌根共生体的宏观形态,并制作菌根光镜切片,在OLYPUS显微镜和JEM-100CXⅡ透射电镜下,观察菌根的显微结构和超微结构.结合菌根共生体的宏观、显微和超微结构特征对菌根样品进行分类鉴定.其中初步鉴定到属或种的有5种,对暂时无法确认的菌根,采用Pini加特征性词尾-rhiza,再加上菌根的特征描述加以命名的外生菌根有31种.结果表明武夷山自然保护区马尾松外生菌根种类很多,菌根资源十分丰富;研究还表明,不同立地条件下马尾松菌根真菌种类及种群数量呈现明显差异性,季节、海拔高度、土壤类型、植被类型等对马尾松外生菌根的生态分布有较大影响.Systematic investigation was made on ectomycorrhizae in the woods of Pinus massoniana Lamb. in Wuyishan Nature Reserve. Firstly, the ectomycorrhiza samples were collected in commingled forest of Pinus massoniana Lamb. and other plants at three different locations in Wuyishan Nature Reserve. Then, under a stew-microscope, the macroscopic characteristics of ectomycorrhizae of Pinus massoniana Lamb. were observed. Each type's longitudinal sections for light microscopy were cut from the hyphal mantle and the microscopic characteristics, such as clamp connection, seta, anastomosis were all observed under an OLYMPUS microscope. Finally, the sections for transmission electron microscope were done, the ultra-structure features of hyphae mantle patterns, the thickness of hyphae cell wall, the septum and dolipores with parenthesomes were observed by using of JEC-100C X Ⅱ TEM. These mycorrhiza samples were classified and identified by analyzing macro-micro and ultra-structure features. There were 36 types of ectomycorrhizae of Pinus massoniana Lamb. were primarily identified. Among these types, there were 5 types were identified to genus or species. For those types of ectomicorrhizae that couldnt be affirmed directly, they were temporarily named by the genus name of the host tree and a characterizing epitheton, e. g "Pinirhiza Pyramida". The results indicated that the types of ectomycorrhiza of Pinus Massoniana Lamb. in Wuyishan Nature Reserve were very rich, and the resource of ectomycorrhiza of Pinus Massoniana Lamb. is quitely abundant. The research also presented that the types and population quantities took on evident difference at different environments. The altitudes, the types of soil and vegetation remarkably contributed to the ecological distribution of ectomycorrhiza of Pinus Massoniana Lamb.
