摘　　要：对白头翁花进行取材、固定、脱水、透明、浸蜡、切片、染色等一系列过程的试验研究,掌握了白头翁花石蜡切片的制作方法,总结出了白头翁花石蜡切片制作过程中的关键技术,为进一步从解剖学上观察和研究白头翁花提供了基础.Based on the research of material selection, fixation, dehydration, transparent, saturated paraffin, section and dye of Chinese pulsatilla flower,the manufacturing method of the Chinese pulsatilla flower paraffin sections was grasped and the key technology of manufacturing process was summarized, which provided the foundation for further observing and the researching Chinese pulsatilla flower on anatomy.
