江苏沿海经济发展历史及现状研究  

On History and Status of Costal Economic Development in Jiangsu Province

摘　　要：20世纪90年代江苏省曾提出"海上苏东"发展战略,然而十多年过去后江苏沿海经济并没有出现令人期待的崛起。近年来江苏沿海发展被再次提到战略高度,江苏沿海后发优势有望得到体现。江苏沿海经济发展历史分为发展、停滞和缓慢增长三个阶段;通过采用比较分析法从本省和沿海两个层面上对江苏沿海经济带发展现状进行深入分析,表明当前江苏沿海经济带在两个层面上均处于经济发展落后状态;江苏沿海有可能成为江苏经济增长的"第四极"。In the 1990s, the government of Jiangsu Province proposed the development strategy of ＂Marine East Jiangsu＂. However, the coastal economy has not been on the rise as expected after more than ten years elapsed. In recent years, the coastal development strategy has been promoted at its height and the advantage of backwardness is worth looking forward to. It has been undergone three stages： the brilliant phase, the stagnation phase and slow growth phase. The status of coastal economic belt was analyzed between the cities and the coastal cities in Jiangsu, which shows that the coastal economic belt is underdeveloped at two levels and the coast in Jiangsu is likely to be ＂the fourth pole ＂ of economic growth in Jiangsu.
