村庄整治引入项目化管理模式

摘　　要：村庄整治是社会主义新农村建设的核心内容。在具体组织实施层面上,为加强管理,提高效率,确保目标实现,不妨引入项目管理的思路,严格预算控制,强化考核和激励机制,逐步建立以项目管理为手段、绩效管理为目标的管理体系。Village renovation is the core in building new socialist efficiency and achieve the goal on the concrete practice level, the countrysides. In order to enhance management, raise idea of introducing project management to control the budget, strengthen the mechanism of appraisal and incentives, and gradually building a new management system which took project management as the main means and performance management as the goal were put forward.
