摘　　要：学科建设是专业建设的基础,是高等教育工作的核心任务。针对石河子大学重点学科建设目标、学术带头人的培养及资源配备等,从如何加强作物学学科重点建设、积极创新和提高办学质量水平进行了探讨,提出发挥人才优势和学科优势,建立起西部高校高水平的科研和教学团队,提高科研创新能力,积极为经济建设主战场服务,实现高等教育可持续发展。Discipline construction is the foundation of specialty development and the core mission of higher education. Aiming to the developmental objective of key discipline, academic leader cultivation and resources equipment, how to strengthen the key discipline of crop science, make positive innovation and improve the school quality of Shihezi University were discussed. The aim was to take the advantage of personnel and discipline, establish a high level of scientific research team in western colleges and universities, improve their technological innovation capability, which would benefit for economic and sustainable development of society.
