摘　　要：建设社会主义新农村是中共中央解决"三农"问题的重要举措,是逐步建设、完善农村各项制度的重要契机。就大学生赴农村就业对建设社会主义新农村的意义和存在的问题进行了探讨,对如何做好大学生农村就业问题和服务新农村建设提出了4点建议。Building a new socialist countryside is an important measure for solving the problems of ＇Three Agriculture＇ by the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party and an important opportunity to gradually build and perfect each system in the rural areas. The significance of graduate employment in rural areas for building a new socialist countryside and the existed problems were discussed. On this basis, four suggestions on how to properly deal with the problems of graduate employment in the rural areas to service the new countryside construction were put forward.
