摘  要:珠江三角洲的住宅建设投资呈现快速持续增长趋势,高层住宅已经成为住宅建设的主流。新建设的住宅过份依靠空调设备来维系房间内的舒适度,使得高层住宅的空调能耗居高不下。文章从建筑设计的角度来分析如何通过适当设计减少高层住宅对空调的依赖,从而降低空调能耗。The investment on house construction in Pear/River Delta presents rapid and continuous growth. High-rise buildings have become the main stream of buildings construction. The newly built residential buildings depend on air conditioner to maintain the comfort of the room, making the energy consumption of high-rise residential build- ings obstinately high. The article, from the perspective of construction design, analyzes how to reduce the dependence of high-rise residential buildings on air conditioner through proper design, thus reducing energy consumption of air conditioner.
