摘　　要：ThinPrep(TCT)技术是当今世界用于液基膜式细胞检测最先进的细胞学检测方法,应用电化学原理,将机械学、空气力学和流体力学综合应用于细胞的分散、采集和转移过程,并形成薄层细胞制片,使得宫颈病变检出率得到显著提高。Today, ThinPrep is one of the most advanced technologies in liquid-based cytology. Electrochemical theory, mechanics, air-pressure and hydromechanics theory were applied in the course of dispersion, filtration and transfer of cells. Thus, a ThinPrep slide was finished. ThinPrep has been increased the detection rate of cervix intraepithelial lesion, significantly.
