摘  要:从电厂排水口消能消泡消盐雾的机理出发,以模型试验和数值模拟等研究手段探讨了洞塞式消能工的流场和压力场等基本水力特性,获取了面积比0.4~0.8,相对长度比0.5~2.0的多种洞塞的局部阻力损失系数,并为工程应用提供了计算的经验公式。试验和计算结果表明,洞塞局部阻力损失系数随断面收缩比的增大而减小,随洞塞相对长度的增大而略有增大,其值约变化在0.5-6.0之间。此类型消能工对电厂排水口循环冷却水的消能消泡作用的有效性已通过一电厂有关工程的模型试验得到证实。The plug energy dissipater is applied to eliminate the bubbles taken place to the outflow of power plant cooling water. The hydraulic eharacteristies of the dissipater are studied both by model test and numerical simulation based on k-ε two-equation turbulence model. The variations of local resistance coefficient of the plug with plug area ratio ranging from 0.4 to 0.8 and relative plug length ranging from 0.5 to 2.0 are obtained and a simple empirical formula for calculating the coefficient is suggested. The validity of the numerical simulation is verified by model test result. The effectiveness of this type of dissipater is demonstrated by the model test for a typical project.
