摘　　要：对山东省农民体育需要结构、需要内容、需要项目、现状满足程度及体育需求程度的调查研究表明,资源配置类和组织管理类是目前山东省农民体育需要的主体类别。不同性别农民对体育需要内容趋于一致;不同年龄段农民对体育需要呈现不同特点;务农者与农民工两大农民群体对体育活动项目需要略有差异。山东省农民对体育需求满足总体状况为"较差"。经过体育需要平均值及均值差异检验得出:男、女农民对体育需要差异不明显;相比较而言,农民工对体育需求动机表现较务农者更为强烈;不同区域的农民体育需要具有层级特征,经济发达地区的农民对体育需求欲望表现相对较强。提出各级政府、社会团体以及城市要有所作为,满足农民对体育的需求,促进农民体育的开展以及农村体育的繁荣。According to the investigation on Shandong farmers ＇ sports need structures, contents, projects, and current satisfactory degree and requiring degree, this paper points out that the allocation of resources and organization management are main two body categories. It also displays that different genders share similar sports contents; for different age groups, their needs for sports show different characteristics; as for farmers and farmer workers, they have different requirements for sports events. Generally speaking, the farmers in Shandong Province are not quite happy with the current sports needs. Based on the average values of sports needs and its ＇value differences, it shows that the differences between two genders＇ sports needs are small. By comparison, farmer workers show more intense motivation for sports than those being engaged in agriculture; level characteristics of sports requirements can be projected on farmers in different regions ： farmers in the developed regions have comparatively stronger desire behavior. From above analysis, it is suggested that regional governments, non-governmental or ganizations and cities need to play their roles to meet the farmers ＇ demands for sports in order to promote farmers ＇ sports activities and foster rural area sports career.
