跨越式发展中合肥市“工业立市”战略分析

摘　　要：分析合肥市"工业立市"战略实施以来的发展形势,对战略目标进行再测定。使用统计学中回归分析等方法论证合肥市全部工业增加值在"十一五"期末能够超过1100亿元,带动地区生产总值增长冲过3000亿元。指出"工业立市"战略在带动经济实现跨越式发展的过程中需要注意的问题,提出继续解放思想,加快工业经济的发展步伐;汽车装备业优先先行;家用电器制造业向县域扩张;高新技术产业向先进看齐;量化宣传投资环境等新的战略实施对策。This paper analyzes the development trend since the implementation of the strategy of ＂developing city based on industry＂ in Hefei City, and re-estimates the strategic objectives. By using the statistical methods of regression analysis, it argues that the total industrial increase value of Hefei City will amount to more than 110 billion yuan by the end of ＂the 11^th five-year＂, which will spur：the regional GDP over 300 billion yuan. Some suggestions and new countermeasures are put forward as follows： to continue to emancipate minds, to accelerate the pace of developing industrial economy, to give automo- tive equipment industry priority, to expand household appliances manufacturing to countryside, to advance high-teeh industries, and quantify the investment environment.
