摘　　要：对医学检验专业实习量化管理和考核进行研究与探讨,制定实习管理量化指标和临床综合能力量化考核指标,以加强毕业实习管理力度和提高临床实习质量。To discuss the quantitative management and assessment of clinical internship of medical laboratory science. Instruments of the quantitative management and assessment of integrated clinical abilities have been established to enhance management of internship and to improve the quality of internship training.
