摘  要:目的评价纤维支气管镜检查术患儿应用利多卡因氧气雾化麻醉的效果。方法120例行纤维支气管镜检查的患儿按就诊时间先后分为两组各60例,雾化组采用2%利多卡因氧气雾化吸入麻醉,喷雾组采用2%利多卡因咽喉局部喷雾麻醉,观察比较两组患儿的麻醉效果及检查前后心率、呼吸、血氧饱和度的变化情况。结果雾化组利多卡因用药量少于喷雾组,但麻醉效果优于喷雾组,差异均有统计学意义;两组患儿检查前后的心率、呼吸和血氧饱和度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论利多卡因氧气雾化麻醉效果好且安全,可推荐作为纤维支气管镜检查术患儿首选的麻醉方法。Objective To evaluate the anesthesia effect of aerosolized lidocaine and oxygen during pediatric bronchoscopy. Methods 120 children undergoing bronehoscopy were divided into two groups in equal number according to the sequence of registration. Atomization inhalation of 2% lidoeaine and oxygen (atomization group) was used for anesthesia and in other group 2% lidoeaine was sprayed locally for local anesthesia (spraying group). The anesthesia effect, heart rate, respiration and blood oxygen saturation were observed and compared between the groups. Results In the atomization group, the dosage of lidocaine was smaller than that in the spraying group but the effect of anesthesia was better, with significant difference between them. There were no differences in heart rate, respiration and blood oxygen saturation between the groups (P〉0.05). Conclusion Atomization inhalation of 2% lidocaine and oxygen, as an effective and safe anesthesia approach, can be recommended as the primary choice for anesthesia of infants undergoing bronehoseopy.
