综合护理干预对老年管饲患者焦虑和抑郁的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预对老年管饲患者焦虑和抑郁情况的影响。方法将研究对象93例按就诊顺序分为观察组和对照组。对照组实施常规护理,观察组除常规护理外,进行综合护理干预。两组在干预前、后均予汉密顿焦虑量表和汉密顿抑郁量表进行评估,比较两组患者焦虑和抑郁的情况。结果干预2周后,两组患者焦虑、抑郁评分差异都有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论综合护理干预能明显减轻老年管饲患者的焦虑、抑郁症状,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive nursing interventions on anxiety and depression of elderly nasal feeding pateints. Methods 93 patients were randomly divided into the obersavation group and control group, the former offered conventional nurisng, while the latter, comprehensive nurisng interventions besides the conventional nurisng. Both before and after the intervention, the two groups were assessed by means of HAMA and HAMD, and then a comparison was made of the anxiety and depression of the two groups. Results Two weeks after the intervention, the differences in the HAMA and HAMD scores were both statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can markedly relieve the anxiety and depression of elderly nasal feeding pateints, and thus improve their life quality.
