鼻咽癌患者疾病不确定感与社会支持及生活质量的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻咽癌患者的疾病不确定感状况及其与生活质量和社会支持之间的相关性。方法采用便利取样方法,选取60例符合鼻咽癌诊断的患者,应用住院患者疾病不确定感量表、社会支持评定量表、癌症患者生活质量核心问卷进行测量,对结果进行相关性分析。结果鼻咽癌患者的疾病不确定感属于中等程度,疾病不确定感与社会支持之间存在负相关(r=-0.211,P<0.01),与生活质量中的情绪功能(r=0.273,P<0.05)、认知功能(r=0.264,P<0.01)、社会功能(r=0.295,P<0.01)呈正相关。结论护理人员应重视对鼻咽癌患者提供有效的社会支持,减轻其疾病不确定感,以提高其生活质量。Objective To investigate the correlations between uncertainty in illness, social support and life quality in nasopharyngeal carcinoma （NPC） patients. Methods 60 NPC patients by the convenience sampling involved the investigation by Mishel Uncertainty in Illness Scale （MUIS）, Social Support Scale, and EORTC QLQ-C30. The results were analyzed for the correlations. Results Their uncertainty in illness was at middle level and negatively correlated with social support （r=-0.211, P〈0.01）, but positively with emotional function of living quality （r=0.273, P〈0.05）, cognition function （r=0.264, P〈0.01）, and social function （r=0.295, P〈0.01）. Conclusion Nurses should pay much attention to the uncertainty in illness of NPC patients, provide them with effective social support and thus increase their quality of life.
