PC12细胞凋亡进程中NGF诱导BimEL表达

摘　　要：目的调查神经生长因子(NGF)缺乏诱导的PC12细胞凋亡中BimEL表达的变化情况.方法分别用含有NGF或NGF抗体的培养基培养PC12细胞,RT-PCR方法检测BimEL在PC12细胞中的表达变化.结果拮抗NGF处理的PC12细胞中BimEL的表达明显大于NGF处理组(P<0.05),而拮抗NGF一段时间后再加入NGF培养的处理组,细胞中BimEL的表达量少于NGF拮抗组(P<0.05),但却大于NGF处理组(P<0.05).结论提示NGF可能通过调节BimEL参与PC12细胞凋亡.Objective To explore changes vitro. Methods PC12 cells were cultured with of BimEL expression induced by lack of NGF in PC12 cells in medium containing NGF or NGF antibody, then the BimEL expression in PC12 was detected by using RT-PCR method. Results The expression of BimEL was significantly increased in PC12 cells following deprivation of NGF compared with NGF addition group （P 〈 0.05） , expression of BimEL was increased in group that NGF was deprivated firstly then NGF was administrated compared with NGF addition group （P 〈 0.05） , but lower than NGF deprivation group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The results indicates that BimEL promoting apoptosis in PC 12 cells may be linked to NGF administration.
