摘  要:采用电子背散射衍射技术研究了冷变形对1Cr18Ni9晶界分布和微织构的影响.电子散射衍射测试在JEOL-JSM-6480扫描电镜配以OXFORD公司研发的INCA Crystal电子背散射衍射分析系统上进行.结果表明:冷变形对小角度晶界的含量影响不大,但冷变形后晶界特征分布变化明显;热轧板中无明显织构,冷变形后的样品出现了一些指数很大的织构,且这些织构在位置上存在一定关系,在冷变形试样(25%)中出现了较强的〈111〉和〈110〉织构.Effect of cold deformation on grain boundary distribution and microtexture of 1Cr18Ni9 was investigated by EBSD (eleetron-backseatter-diffraetion) technology which was carried out by Scanning Electron Microscopy (JSM-6480, JEOL incorporated, Japan) and EBSD analysis apparatus (INCA-Crystal, OXFORD). The results show that cold deformation has little influence on small angle grain boundary, but on the grain boundary distribution the influence is obvious and in the hot rolled plate no obvious texture is found, after cold deformation some texture with very high index is found and these texture has relations in location, in specimen deformed by 25% texture 〈 111 〉 and〈 110〉 appear.
