摘  要:目的探讨电子束CT(EBCT)在先天性心血管憩室诊断中的临床价值。方法对EBCT诊断并有手术病理证实的9例心血管憩室患者进行分析。其中8例行连续容积增强扫描,1例行单层容积增强扫描。结果9例中包括1例心室憩室、3例心房憩室和5例主动脉憩室。EBCT三维重组能准确显示憩室来源、大小、形态与邻近结构的关系,并显示其他重要伴发异常,如2例右心房憩室伴发房间隔缺损,4例主动脉憩室伴发单发右位心、右室双出口、共同动脉干、室间隔缺损等畸形。结论EBCT是一种较为理想的无创性诊断先天性心血管憩室的方法。Objective To investigate the clinical application of electron-beam CT (EBCT) in the diagnosis of congenital cardiovascular diverticula. Methods Retrospective analysis of 9 patients with congenital cardiovascular diverticula confirmed by operation and pathology was done. Of them, enhanced continuous volume scan was performed on 8 patients and enhanced single slice scan was performed on one patient with an Imatron C-150 scanner. Results The group of 9 patients included one patient with diverticulum of the left ventricle, 3 patients with diverticulum of the atria and 5 patients with diverticulum of the aorta. EBCT scan and three dimensional reconstruction could demonstrate not only the origin, size, shape, location and adjacent structure of diverticula , but also other important complicated abnormalities such as ventrieuloarterial connection disorder, cardiac septal defect,aortic coarctation and even dissection. Conclusion EBCT is an ideal noninvasive technique in the diagnosis of congenital cardiovascular diverticula.
