摘  要:目前装备的通信车厢体强度和刚性均采用较大安全系数设计,其重量与装载设备总重量的比值一般在1.2:1左右,汽车底盘有效运载能力低,使车辆的越野性、机动性和动力储备受到严重影响,系统扩展性受到制约。通过车厢结构的改进设计使其重量与装载设备总重量的比值达到1:1,既降低成本,提高性价比,又提高了通信车的综合作战能力。Nowadays, large safety coefficients have been adopted for strength and rigidity of the mililary communication vehicle, and the ratio of carriage weight to communication equipment loading is about 1.2:1, so the useful load capacity of chassis is low, thus severely affecting the cross-country capability, mobility, power reservation and load expanding capability of the vehicle. The improved design in carriage has raised, the ratio of carriage weight to communication equipment load is raised to 1:1. So, the cost is reduced while its performance to price ratio raised. In addition, its comprehensive combat ability is enhanced.
