代谢综合征患者血清抵抗素、瘦素、C反应蛋白与体重和胰岛素抵抗的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨代谢综合征(MS)患者血清抵抗素、瘦素和C反应蛋白(C-RP)水平与血脂、中心性肥胖和胰岛素抵抗(IR)的关系。方法50例MS男性患者和20例年龄相匹配的正常男性对照者(NC),按腰围将MS患者分为肥胖组和非肥胖组,测定受试者空腹血清抵抗素、瘦素、C-RP、身高、体重、腰围、臀围、血压、血糖、血脂及胰岛素,计算HOMA-IR。结果MS患者肥胖组、非肥胖组和NC组相比血清抵抗素、瘦素、C-RP水平明显升高。结论MS患者血清抵抗素、瘦素及C-RP水平均明显升高,且与肥胖及IR程度明显相关,因而抵抗素、C-RP、瘦素可能在MS的发生发展中有重要作用。Objective To investigate the relationship of the serum levels of resistin, lepfin, C- reactive protein （CRP） with obesity and insulin resistance in patients with metabolic syndrome（MS）. Methods The 50 cases with MS were divided into obese and non-obese groups. The fasting serum resistin, CRP and leptin in 50 metabolic syndrome patients and 28 age-matched normal control subjects were assayed. At the same time, their height, weight, waist circumference（WC）, blood pressure, glucose, lipid, insulin, and insulin resistance index （HOMA-IR） were measured. Results The obesity group had higher serum resistin level （38.1±8.4μg/L vs 20.9±3.5μg/L,P〈0.01） and higher leptin level （33.1± 4. 0μg/L and 20.9 ± 3.5μg/L, P〈0.01） than the control group, Also, leptin level and CRP level were higher in obese group than in control group and higher in non-obese group than in control （all P〈0.01）. Conclusions Levels of serum resistin,leptin and CRP are increased and correlated with obesity and insulin resistance.
