自体外周血干细胞治疗糖尿病下肢血管病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察自体外周血干细胞移植治疗糖尿病下肢血管病的疗效。方法对61例自愿接受自体外周血干细胞的患者给予rhG-CSF450～600U/d,皮下注射,进行外周血干细胞动员,第6天用血细胞分离机采集干细胞,配制成一定浓度的细胞混悬液,对缺血肢体进行移植,术后定期观察各项指标,对随访满6个月的进行评估。结果术后观察指标3个月时已有改善,3～6个月时仍有进一步改善,其中皮温和经皮氧分压改善明显,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自体外周血干细胞移植治疗缺血性下肢血管病是一种安全、有效的手段,其疗效在3～6个月后表现更为明显。Objective To observe the curative effect of transplantation of autologus peripheral blood stem cells（APBSC） on the ischemic disease of lower extremity in diabetes. Methods 61 patients who agreed to accept APBSC transplantation were subcutaneously injected with 450U to 600U rhG-CSF per day for APBSC mobilization. On the sixth day, APBSCs were collected by separator of blood cell,prepared and transplanted to the ischemic extremity. The associated data were observed after operation and evaluated after six months. Results The data of ischemia improvement were observed after three months. The skin temperature and tcPO2 were improved obviously（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Transplantation of APBSC for treating ischemic disease of lower extremity is safe and effective method. The therapeutic effect is more obvious after three to six months.
