摘  要:目的探讨氧化电位水联合可见光治疗仪治疗感染性压疮的疗效。方法将64例感染性压疮患者随机分为新法治疗组23例,传统治疗组21例,对照组20例。新法治疗组采用局部减压,氧化电位水清创,可见光照射20rain,10次/d。传统治疗组采用局部减压,生理盐水清创,局部涂烧伤膏,3次/d。对照组采用局部减压,生理盐水清创,每2小时翻身按摩皮肤1次。记录治愈时间与治疗效果,并进行统计分析。结果3组之间疗效、有效率与治愈时间组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论氧化电位水联合可见光治疗仪法与传统治疗法均对治疗感染性压疮有效,但氧化电位水联合可见光治疗仪治疗法优于传统治疗法。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of visible light healing equipment and oxidation potential water in the treatment of infected bed-sore. Methods 64 cases of infected bed-sore were randomly divided into 3 groups, with 23 cases in the new treatment group, 21 in the traditional treatment group and 20 in the control group. The new treatment group received local decompression, dcbridement with oxidation potential water and exposure of visible light for 20min, 10 times a day. The traditional treatment group received local decompression, debridement with Ns and besmeared burn cream for 3 times a day. The control group received only local decompression and debridement with NS, and turned the body over and massaged every two hours. The healing time and the result of every therapy were recorded, and then were statistically analyzed. Results The curative effect, the efficient rate and the healing time between the three groups were compared, and their differences had statistical meaning (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusions The new treatment and the traditional treatment are both effective methods to heal infected bed-sore, but the therapeutics effect of visible oxidation potential water and light heading equipment is better than that of the traditional treatment.
