摘 要:基于荷载传递–杂交有限元联合法,利用有限元软件ABAQUS研究了某水泥厂地下构筑物(碎石输送通道和进料仓及桩基础)在大面积堆载作用下的受力和变形性状。研究结果表明,采用有限元数值计算方法可全面模拟并反映三维构筑物在拉、压、弯、扭等复杂受力状态;输送通道及进料仓间设置伸缩缝能有效减小构筑物在变截面处产生的应力集中,而在输送通道和进料仓下部设置桩体可有效防止大面积堆载作用造成地下构筑物的倾斜和减少其产生的较大位移,同时还可减小竖向及水平方向位移差。研究成果可为以后类似工程的设计与实施提供指导作用。Based on the loading transfer hybrid FEM method, the behavior of underground structures (an alleyway for transporting gravel, a storehouse and the pile foundation) under large area loading was studied using FEM software ABAQUS. It was shown that the complicated mechanical behavior could be simulated and reflected clearly by 3D FEM under the pressed, pulled, bent and wrested conditions. The expansion joint setting between the storehouse and the alleyway for transporting gravel could reduce the stress concentration where the cross-section was changed. The piles used under the alleyway and storehouse could prevent efficiently the overturning of underground structures and reduce the large displacement under large area loading. The difference of vertical and horizontal displacement could also be reduced by the pile foundation. The results might be useful as reference for the design and construction of such kind of structures in the future.
