参松养心胶囊对永久性心房颤动患者生活质量和运动耐量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察参松养心胶囊对永久性房颤患者生活质量和运动耐量的影响。方法:84例永久性房颤患者随机分成2组,每组42例,一组为参松组,一组为对照组。两组患者均采取控制心室率的治疗策略,参松组在常规基础上加用参松养心胶囊4粒,每日3次。结果:两组患者在基本资料上无显著差异,在常规治疗上,应用ACEI类、ARB类、CCB类药物、倍他洛克、地高辛及利尿剂上均无显著差异,两组具有可比性。随访6个月后,两组患者均达到目标心率。与对照组比较,参松组患者生活质量和运动耐量显著增加。结论:参松养心胶囊可以显著改善永久性房颤患者的生活质量和运动耐量。Objedctive：To observe the effects of Capsule Shensbngyangxiu on quality of life （QOL） and exercise tolerance of patients with permanent atrial fibrillation. Methods： 84 patients with permanent atrial fibrillation were divided into two groups randomly. One is Shensongyangxin group （shensong group）, the other is controlled group. Each group has 42 patients. Patients in both two groups were accepted strategy treatment with rate controll, while the patients in shensong group take Capsule Shensongyangxin 4 # , t. i. d. except routine therapy. Results： Patients＇ basic data of the two groups were not significant different. In routine therapy, the use of ACEI, ARB, CCB, Betaloc, digoxin, diuretic agent in two groups were not significant. After 6 month follow-up, both groups were achieved target heart rate. Compared with controlled group, QOL and exercise duration of patients in Shensong group were significant higher. Conclusion：Capsule Shensongyangxin can improve the QOL and exercise duration of patients with vermanent atrial fibrillation.
