摘　　要：雷达电路板种类多样,功能复杂,维修测试困难。结合雷达电路板测试维护的实际需求,研制了基于VXI总线为主,GPIB总线为辅的程控总线制雷达电路板自动测试诊断平台。平台测试诊断软件基于COM组件设计,具有开放式、模块化、TPS(测试程序集)开发环境友好和易于维护升级等特点。利用不同种类雷达电路板对测试诊断平台进行了试用验证,试用结果表明,该平台能够实现雷达电路板的自动测试与维护,提高了雷达装备板级维修的效率,具有较好的推广应用前景。It is difficult to test and maintain radar PCBs for their great variety and function. A new ATS based on VXI bus （main） and GPIB （secondary） bus for radar PCBs is put forward according to the needs of radar PCBs test and maintenance. The test and diagnosis software has the virtue of easy updating and easy TPS （Test Program Set） developing. In terms of its application, the ATS for radar PCBs can realize its function and the testing and maintaining efficiency is improved. The application effect is sound.
