摘  要:针对矿井监控中距离远和干扰性强的特殊环境,利用CAN总线高可靠性和实时控制的优点,采用SJA1000作为CAN控制芯片,使用了FIFO型双端口存储器,并使用PCA82C250作为CAN控制器接口芯片,设计了CAN总线智能适配卡的硬件结构;在此基础上,设计了软件流程和代码;基于CAN总线在矿井环境下容易受到外界干扰的弱点,使用6N137进行信号隔离;实践证明,相对于传统方法,该设计方法能够满足矿井监控系统的要求,提高了CAN总线适配卡的传输能力,具有良好的现场应用效果。The paper introduces the hardware structure of CAN Bus intelligent adapter using advantages of high dependability and Realtime control of CAN bus, and adopting SJA1000 as CAN control chip, FIFO twin port RAM and PCA82C250 as interfaee chip of CAN controller designed for long-- distance and strong interference special environment of mine monitoring. The paper also introduces software process and code based on fore methods and adopts 6N137 as signal isolation to solve outside interference weakness under mine environment based on CAN Bus. The practice proves that this method can fulfill the need of mine monitoring system, improve the transmission capability of CAN Bus adapter and have good effect compared with traditional methods.
