摘  要:介绍了我国大型规整填料塔、大型散装填料塔和大型塔盘的技术进展,展示了硬件系列自主创新技术——Zupak、Da-pak、Zhaopak、Zugrid新型规整填料;增强型IMTP填料;槽盘、盘槽、盘槽管式液体分布器;辐散式进气初始分布器、新型双切向环流式进气初始分布器;栅梁、一梁托多盘桁架梁、空间网架梁等的结构及性能特点。介绍了以塔器气液分布器优化设计规律、进气初始分布器与二次气体分布盘的优化设计规律、支撑装置的优化设计规律和多溢流塔盘全盘液体优流模型为代表的首创性全塔硬件优化设计规律。列举了集成创新技术及硬件优化规律在两座大型塔中的应用。The technical development in large structured packing column, large random packing column and large column tray in China is introduced. The structure and performance of China' s independent technology are presented here including: Zupak, Dapak,Zhaopak,Zugrid and IMTP packing; trough-pan liquid-gas distributor, pan-trough liquid-gas distributor and pantrough-tube liquid distributor; radial gas initial distributor, new dual tangent heading cireumfluence initial gas distributor; grid beam, and truss beam which has one beam with multi-tray, web frame beam, etc. The optimized design rules of some initiated column equipment are also introduced, including column liquid-gas distributor, initial gas distributor, second gas distributor, supporting equipment and liquid flow model multi-overfall column tray. Some examples of the application of innovative technology and optimized design rules are shown.
