摘　　要：目的:评价国产带膜食管支架在食管瘘中的应用及其疗效。方法:对15例食管癌手术后出现吻合口瘘或放射治疗后出现食管-气管或纵隔瘘的患者行国产带膜食管支架置入堵瘘术,并观察其堵瘘效果。结果:15例带膜食管支架均一次置入成功。随访观察12￣96个月,死亡6例(生存期12￣28个月,平均16.5个月),生存9例。结论:国产带膜食管支架是治疗食管瘘的有效方法,支架置入术简便、安全、有效。Objective：To evaluate the effects of the treatment of esophageal fistula by homemade covered stent. Methods： 16 stents were implanted in 15 patients with esophageal fistula. Follow-up esophagegrams were obtained in all patients.Results：Stent placement was successful in all patients. All patients were followed up for 12 mongths to 96 mongths after inserted covered stent. 6 cases died within 12 to 28 months （mean 16.5 months）. There were 9 survivors. Conclusion：The homemade covered stent of esophagus is effective to treat esophageal fistula and the procedure is simple, effective and easy to undertake.
