多功能电离子治疗仪与干扰素联合治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:探讨多功能电离子治疗仪与α-2b干扰素联合治疗尖锐湿疣(CA)的疗效。方法:将150例患者随机分为3组:A组用多功能电离子治疗仪单独电灼,B组以电灼联合干扰素肌内注射,C组以电灼联合干扰素皮损部位注射。结果:A组复发率为30%,高于其他两组,但在统计学上差异无显著性(χ2=0.46、2.77,P>0.05),C组效果显著,复发率最低为16%。结论:3种方法治疗尖锐湿疣,疗效的差异均无显著性,但用多功能电离子治疗仪电灼联合干扰素疣体基底部注射效果较好,复发率低。Objective ：To observe the curative effect of multipurpose electro-ionic therapeutic equipment and interferon 2-2b（IFN） in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum（CA）.Methods： 150 patients were randomly divided into three groups.Group A was treated with electric cauterization alone,group B with electric cauterization and IFN intramuscular injection and group C with electric cauterization and IFN intralesional injection.Results：The recurrence rate in group A was 30% ,higher than that in the other groups,but with-out significant statistical difference among them（Х^2=0.46,2.77 ,P〉.05）.The curative effect in group c was significant, with the lowest recurrence rate of 16% .Conclusion：The difference among the three kinds of treatment method for CA was not significant.But the electric cauterization combined with IFN intralesional injection was more effective than the others,with low recurrence rate.
