摘  要:介绍本溪钢铁(集团)有限责任公司1700热连轧厂加热炉改造工程的设备设计、施工设计的特点,对重油燃烧段仪表的配置、热电偶的安装、管道内有保温层的平孔板的安装及取压、气动执行机构的选型、阀门选型及安装、变送器的安装、控制室到加热炉现场电缆路由的设计、控制室的设计、DCS的设计、软件系统升级等主要技术问题进行了阐述,这些旧厂加热炉改造的设计经验对其它旧厂加热炉改造工程及新建加热炉工程均有借鉴之处。Abstract:Design features of equipment and construction in reheating furnace (RHF) reformation engineering of 1700 HSM in Benxi Iron and Steel (Group) Co Ltd is introduced. It is described that instrument configuration in heavy oil burning section,erection of thermocouple,erection and pressure acquisition of plain-hole plate in pipe with insulating layer, selection and installation of pneumatic actuator, valve and transmitter, design of cable routing from control room to RHF and local site, design of pulpit and DCS, and upgrading of software system etc. These design experiences about RHF reformation in old works can be used as reference for RHF reformation project of other old works and new RHF engineering project.
