摘　　要：科技创新与经济增长方式转变的互动效应表现为科技创新促进了经济增长方式的转变,使经济增长方式日趋由粗放型向集约型迈进;同时经济增长方式在转变过程中,又从发展观念、政策规范、投资趋向等方面进一步促进了科技创新的发展。对两者这一互动原理进行了具体分析,并以江苏省南通市的实际数据对此进行了实证检验。The domino effect of linkage between knowledge innovation and economic growth mode conversion presents this trend： on the one hand, the knowledge innovation promotes the course of economic growth mode conversion, and makes the knowledge factor play a more and more important role in the process of economic growth; on the other hand, the economic growth mode conversion prinks up the momentum of the knowledge innovation. This paper analyzes the phenomena based on the practical data of Nantong city, Jiangsu province.
