摘　　要：芳纶纤维无石棉离合器面片综合机械性能好,加工性能优越,工艺相容性好,无污染,产品使用寿命长,且比重轻,爆裂强度高,摩擦性能稳定,高温300℃衰退小,磨损小。本次研制的面片主要性能达到德国雷贝斯托同类产品的技术水平。The non-asbestos clutch facing with Kcvlar has good comprehensive mechanical properties, excellent processing performances and fine technical compatibility with other materials. Thc product has long service life , light specific gravity, high bursting strength and is nonpolluting. The friction performance of this product is stable, which has less recession and is wear-resistant under 300%. The main pertbrmanccs ofthis developed product roach the same technologic level compared with the Raybestos like products made in Germany
