摘　　要：介绍了安庆电厂在机组冷态启动时锅炉节约燃油所采取的措施,从设备技术改造、优化启动方式、汽机冲转前投粉及人员精细管理等方面逐一进行分析。总结经验,找出节油空间,挖掘节油潜力,使冷态启动用油大幅下降。为直吹式制粉系统的锅炉启动节油提供了借鉴意义。It was introduced the measures which can save oil direct blow boiler in Anqing power plant. Through during the cold-state startup of the equipments technological transformations, the optimized the cold-state state-up of the unit, pulverizes coal feeding before steam turbine running and the personnel management etc. Then analyze the advance one by one, summary the experience, find out the oil saving space and scoop out the oil saving potential, make cold-state started to use the oil to descend significantly. It provides lessons on the oil saving of the direct-fired pulverized coal system.
