摘 要:大庆油田为了实现对外围未动用储量的经济有效开采,开展了转盘钻井条件下的套管钻井技术研究。研究开发了固定式和铰接式套管夹持器、方套转换接头、偏梯扣加止扭台肩套管,以及特殊扣型加止扭台肩套管,详细介绍了其结构及工作机理,并对偏梯扣加止扭台肩套管的受力进行了计算分析,结果证明套管丝扣强度完全满足安全钻井的要求。室内检测和7口井的现场试验结果表明,转盘钻井条件下套管钻井管柱连接技术能满足现场使用要求。In order to produce undeveloped reserves economically and effectively in Daqing Oilfield, the casing drilling technology under rotary table drilling were investigated. Related tools have been developed, including fixed and hinged casing holder, Kelly-casing crossover sub, buttress easing with anti-twisting shoulder, special thread casing with anti-twisting shoulder, etc. Structure and working mechanism of them were introduced in detail in this paper. In addition, forces on buttress casing are analyzed. The results indicate that threads can meet requirement of drilling operations. Lab tests and in-situ tests in 7 wells show that the easing string connection technology meet requirements of casing drilling under rotary table drilling.
