摘 要:秋南1井四开井段采用φ215.9 mm钻头钻至井深6 476 m,钻进中存在钻井液密度大、环空间隙小、盐膏层蠕变严重、井底温度高、井下压力大、压力窗口窄和封固段长等难点。在详细分析主要固井难点的基础上,采用了尾管固井的方式,选择了贝克休斯公司的HMC型液压悬挂器及其工具附件,优选了高密度抗盐双凝水泥浆体系,并使用固井设计软件对该井尾管固井进行了详细的设计,制定了主要的技术措施。现场施工顺利,固井质量合格,达到了封固盐膏层、保护套管的预期目的。The fourth hole section of Well Qiunan-1 was drilled to 6 476 m with Ф215.9 mm bits. Technical challenges arising from this section are high drilling fluid density, small annulus, severe creep of gypsum formations, high bottom hole temperature, large bottom hole pressure, narrow pressure margin, and long cementing interval, etc. Based on the analysis of main cementing difficulties, liner cementing operation was conducted using HMC hydraulic hanger and spares from Baker Hughes; the high density two- stage cement slurry was optimized; cementing software was used to design the liner cementing in detail and to determine the main operating measures. The field application was smooth and the cement quality was qualified in terms of sealing gypsum formations and protecting casing strings.
