摘　　要：以项目管理为中心的建筑业电子商务,与以产品批量生产和销售为中心的其他行业电子商务存在着本质的不同。在深入分析建筑业行业特点的基础上,从电子商务运营商的角度提出面向建设项目的电子商务运作模式,并对其所应具有的功能和功能逻辑框架进行了分析。There is essential difference between construction industry electronic commerce focusing on project management and other industry electronic commerce focusing on batch production and sale. On the base of deep analysis of characteristics of construction industry, this paper presents the operational model of construction project oriented E-commerce from viewpoint of E-commerce providers, and then describes the function and functional logistic framework of construction project oriented E-commerce.
