摘　　要：我国在矿业权有偿取得制度实施过程中,在矿业权价款征收理论和实务方面均存在缺陷。本文通过分析我国的矿业权价款在当前现实环境下应该包含的经济内涵,来阐述对所有采矿权项目征收矿业权价款的必要性和可行性。In the process of implementing the system of mining right compensative getting in China, there were some defects in the aspect of the theory of cost impose and practice of mining right. This article analyzed that mining right cost contain the economic meaning in order to expound the necessity and feasibility of imposing all mining right cost.
