对煤炭资源型焦作市可持续发展的探索与实践

摘　　要：资源型城市曾在一定时期内支撑了整个城市的发展,随着资源的枯竭,各种社会和经济问题大量暴露。如何加快产业结构调整,实现经济的可持续发展,是一个重要课题。以焦作市为例,指出焦作市在煤炭资源日益减少的背景下,按照城市发展的总体规划,立足实际,发挥优势,通过挖潜煤炭资源,进行煤炭资源的循环利用,大力发展铝电工业,做大做强旅游产业,推动了经济的成功转型,实现了煤炭资源型城市的可持续发展。Resource type city, it is the local resource has supported the entire city development and the city depends on it entirely in certain time. Along with resources depletion, all kinds of society and economic problems have exposed. It is an important topic that how to speed up the industrial structure adjustment and realize the economy sustainable development. Taking Jiaozuo city as example, in the background of coal resource is reduced day by day, according to the urban development project, the superiority of the city is developed based on the practice, Such as potentialities of coal resource are tapped, the circulation utilization of coal resource is carried out, the aluminum industry and traveling industry are developed greatly, and so on. Which are impelled economical to transform successfully, and then coal resources type city sustainable development is realized.
