摘  要:介绍某提铁降杂独立精选厂的原料特征、工艺流程和工业应用效果。对山西某含铁(TFe)61.56%-58.52%、SiO212.14%-15.08%的弱磁粗精矿,使用高效阴离子捕收剂LP-4常温反浮选,最终精矿铁品位达到67.20%-66.63%,SiO2降至5.17%-5.67%。精选厂选用JJFⅡ浮选机、强力大筒径新型DQ浓缩磁选机、HTG陶瓷过滤机等大型高效设备进行分离作业,精选厂设备稳定性好、经济节能、成本较低。Samples' characters, technological flow-sheets and industrial production results of quality improvement & impurities reduction of iron concentration plant alone are briefly presented. Industrial production practice indicated iron ore concentrations contenting iron 67.20-66.63 percent, SiO2 5.17 - 5.67 percent are obtained, which the iron ore samples of Shanxi province contenting iron 61.56-58.52 percent, SiO2 12.14- 15.08 percent after weak magnetic separations are proceeded with the counter--flotation under collector LP--4 and natural slurry temperature. High efficient application practice of large scale equip- ments, such as JJF ]I flotation equipments, new DQ dewater magnetic separations of large diameter and power force and HTG ceramics filters. The results demonstrated that iron ore concentration plant alone is adaptability and stability as well as power economy and lower cost.
