摘 要:样品前处理工作一直都是铁矿石整个分析测定过程中最费时、费力,也最容易引进误差的一个环节。随着分析仪器的快速发展,具有自动化程度高、测定速度快、高灵敏度和精密度等特点的仪器,不断应用到铁矿石成分分析中,如AAS、ICP-AES、ICP-MS等。研究高效、快速、自动化的铁矿石样品预处理技术,已成为当今铁矿石成份分析中重要前沿课题之一。本文对现有铁矿石样品预处理技术作了系统的对比研究,不仅为铁矿石成分分析选择合理的样品前处理程序提供数据参考,还为铁矿石样品预处理技术的发展方向提供理论依据。Sample preparation is always the most time-consuming, the hard sledding, and also the easiest error introducing link of the total analyzing process for the iron ore sample. By the development of the analyzing apparatus, more and more instruments with high automaticity, speed-determination, high sensitivity and precision is being applied in the content analysis of the iron ore, such as the AAS, ICP-AES and ICP-MS, etc. There for, studing for the highly effective, fast and automated sample preparation technology of iron ore is one of the important projects. This paper has dealt with systematic contrast research to the current sample preparation technology of iron ore, which not only offered referential datum to be chosen in those sample preparations, but also provided a theory basis for the development direction to the iron ore sample preparation technology.
