摘　　要：根据《新一轮全国油气资源评价》成果,我国油页岩资源丰富,油页岩地质资源量7199×108t,页岩油资源量576×108t,主要分布在松辽、鄂尔多斯、准噶尔等盆地。文章分析了我国油页岩勘探开发的历程,并依据资源评价结果,预测了油页岩的发展前景。预计2010年页岩油产量有望达到100×104t,2020年达到1000×104t。文章根据目前我国油页岩产业发展的制约因素,提出了相应的促进油页岩资源勘探开发的政策建议,通过加大科技投入,解决好开发过程中的环境问题,实现综合开发利用,页岩油就能成为可供利用的重要油源。According to the China national petroleum assessment 2007, China is rich in oil shale resources. In China, the total oil shale resources and shale oil resources are estimated at 7199 × 10^8 tons and 476 × 10^8 tons, respectively. Most of oil shale resource in China is enriched in the Songliao Basin, the Ordos Basin and the Jungar Basin etc. Based on studying exploration and development situation, exploration and development prospects of oil shale resources in China were forecasted. The shale oil production will rise rapidly, and will reach 200× 10^4 tons in 2010, 1000 × 10^4 tons in 2020. According to China＇s oil shale industry development constraints, policies were put forward to promote the development of oil shale industry. Increasing investment in science and technology, resolving the environmental problems, oil shale will be comprehensively developed and utilized and shale oil will become one of available oil rsource.
