摘　　要：文章客观分析了国内外矿业权产生、发展,借鉴国外矿业权设立、流转等的管理经验,提出制定探矿权采矿权评估标准和准则,建立矿业权市场信息公开机制,健全矿业权流转机制,规范矿业权市场中介机构和人员等,完善我国矿业权管理的建议。The paper objectively analyzes the production and development of mineral rights at home and abroad. On the basis of reference the management experience of establishment and transfer of foreign mining rights, puts some measures to improve China＇s mining right management, such as develop standards and guidelines for mining rights assessment, establish mining rights market information disclosure mechanism, improve the mining rights transfer mechanism, standardized mining rights market intermediaries and relative people and so on.
