摘　　要：本文概述了细菌胞外聚合物的特性、提取方法,综述了国内外近年来有关细菌胞外聚合物及其主要成分,在矿物加工工程上应用的现状和研究进展。The property and the extract method of extracellular polymericsubstances were summarize in the paper, review the application present condition and research progress of EPS and majoy composition in the project of mineral processing home abroad in recent years.
