摘　　要：DNA甲基化与衰老的研究是近20a来分子生物学研究的热点之一。本文综述了近年来国内外文献,概括DNA甲基化理论研究进展,探讨影响甲基化与衰老的主要因素,以揭示两者之间可能存在的联系,并分析了与甲基化和衰老相关疾病的发生机制。The study of DNA methylation and aging is one of the hotpoint in the field of molecular biology. The article attempts to summarize the DNA methylation theory reseai＇ch development and explore the main factors affecting the methylation and aging in order to discover the potential relationship. Also, it tries to analyse the mechanism of age-related diseases and methylation.
