摘　　要：在简介电子期刊数据库评价因素及存在的不足的同时,提出了图书馆在促进和保证电子期刊数据库质量控制方面,应当采取措施,维护图书馆及其用户的正当权益,促使数据库商家提供保质保量的服务。The paper summarized the common deficiencies of the current e -journal databases. In order to protect the appropriate rights and interests of both libraries and user, the paper proposed measures that libraries should adopt to induce database producers to guarantee the quality of the service.
