摘  要:目的研究外周血中血凝素样氧化低密度脂蛋白受体(LOX-1)蛋白表达与冠心病的相关性。方法以不同类型冠心病患者外周血淋巴细胞和单核细胞为研究对象,冠心病危险人群和正常体检人群作为对照组,采用免疫印迹技术检测冠心病患者外周血淋巴细胞和单核细胞LOX-1蛋白表达水平。结果冠心病组LOX-1蛋白表达高于冠心病危险人群组,体检健康人群无或有低LOX-1表达,与冠心病组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。冠心病组中单纯心绞痛患者LOX-1表达低于心肌梗死、合并心力衰竭、合并心律失常患者,LOX-1表达水平与患者年龄、性别无相关性。危险人群中以高血脂者LOX-1蛋白表达最高,糖尿病患者与高血压患者次之,以上人群表达均高于正常人群。结论外周血淋巴单核细胞中LOX-1蛋白的异常高表达与冠心病发生相关,可提示有潜在的合并症发生,LOX-1蛋白表达水平与冠心病患者年龄、性别等无关。检测外周血淋巴细胞和单核细胞LOX-1表达水平有可能作为临床上预测冠心病的方法之一。Objective To study the relationship between the expression of lectin-like oxidized low-density lipoprotein receptor-1 (LOX-1) protein of monocytes/lymphocyte in peripheral blood and coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods The expression levels of LOX-1 protein in the peripheral blood monocytes and macrophages in patients with CHD,CHD risk group and healthy control were determined by western blot technology. Results The mean expression levels of LOX-1 protein in the CHD patients were higher than the high-risk group. There was low or no expression of LOX-1 in healthy people, showing a significant difference with the CHD patients (P〈0.01). The expressions were lower in the patients with simply angina comparing with the patients with myocardial infarction, the patients with congestive heart failure and the patients with complicated arrhythmia. The expression levels of LOX-1 were irrelevant with the age and the sex of patient. The mean expressions in the high lipidemia of high-risk group were the highest, the patient with diabetes or hypertension was the second, and the healthy group was the lowest. Conclusions The abnormal high expressions of LOX-1 protein in the peripheral blood monocytic/maerophages are associated with the occurrence of CHD and show the occurrence of potential complications. The expression levels of LOX-1 protein are irrelevant with the age and the sex of the patients. Detecting the expressions of LOX-1 protein in the peripheral blood monocytic macrophages would be a useful method of predicting the occurrence of CHD.
